More About Grace :

I’m so glad you are here!

Fitness has always played a significant role in my life. I grew up watching and playing all kinds of sports which led me to discover my love for fitness at a young age. I went on to play Division 1 Soccer at Belmont University and picked up long distance running along the way.

I’ve always been so incredibly fascinated by the physical body and all that it’s capable of doing. This led me to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology and then on to get certified in Personal Training.

Being an athlete and a runner, I’ve experienced the overwhelming satisfaction of showing up & believing in myself to reach any goal with the right mindset. It’s remarkable what all the body is physically capable of doing when we can train our minds to reach its full potential.

I am so passionate about all kinds of movement and I truly believe that being able to move your body is such a gift. A personal experience in 2020 put this in perspective for me. It has completely transformed the way I view fitness, and opened my eyes to never take for granted an able body that is capable of moving and doing hard things.

YOU DESERVE TO KNOW WHAT NOT GIVING UP ON YOURSELF FEELS LIKE—Let’s get moving together!
